クレジットカード・デビットカード（Square）、またはお引き取り時の現金。オンラインでのご注文時にカードで代金を確保（オーソリ）し、お引き取り時にそのカードで決済します。お引き取り時に現金でお支払いいただくこともでき、その場合カードの確保は解除され、カードへの請求は発生しません。対面でのご購入の場合は現金またはカード。
Credit or debit card through Square, or cash when you collect. When you order online the amount is held on your card (an authorisation) and charged to that card when you collect. You can pay cash at collection instead, in which case the hold on your card is released and the card is never charged. Cash or card if you buy in person.
- お支払い時期When you pay
お引き取り時。ご注文時はカードに代金を確保するのみで、請求は発生しません。確保の解除がカード明細に反映されるまでの期間はカード会社により異なります。
At collection. When you order, the amount is only held on your card; nothing is charged. How soon a released hold disappears from your statement depends on your card issuer.
- 申込みの有効期限How long an order is held
ご注文手続き（「購入する」またはカートからの手続き）を始めてから5分間、ご注文の商品を確保します。5分以内にカードの確保が完了しない場合、またはご注文手続きのページを離れた場合、商品の確保は解除され、商品は再び販売されます。カートに入れただけでは商品は確保されません。
Starting checkout, with Buy now or from your cart, holds the items in your order for five minutes while you enter your card. If you leave the checkout page, or your card is not held within five minutes, the items are released and go back on sale. Adding items to your cart does not hold them.
- 商品の引渡時期Collection
ご注文後、引き取り日時をメールでご相談します。引き渡しはニセコにて、予約制の対面でのお引き取りです。場所と日時はメールでお知らせします。お引き取りは1回のご注文につき1回で、ご注文の商品はまとめてお引き取りください。ご注文から7日以内にお引き取りください。7日を過ぎるとカードの確保は自動的に解除され、ご注文はキャンセルとなり、商品は再び販売されます（請求は発生しません）。
After you order we email you to arrange a time. Collection is in person in Niseko, by appointment only; we email you the address and time. One pickup per order: everything in an order is collected together. Please collect within 7 days of ordering. After 7 days the hold on your card is released automatically, the order is cancelled and the items go back on sale; nothing is charged.

すべて中古品です。現状有姿でのお渡しとなります。商品ページの写真と説明をご確認のうえご購入ください。寸法が未記載の場合はお問い合わせください。
Everything is second-hand and sold as seen. Please read the photos and description on the item page before buying. If a size is not listed, ask us.
- 返品・交換・キャンセルReturns, exchanges and cancellations
お客様のご都合による返品・交換はお受けできません。商品が商品ページの説明や写真と著しく異なる場合は、お引き取り時、お支払い前にその場でお申し出ください。その商品をご注文から外し、残りの商品の代金のみをお支払いいただきます。ご注文のすべての商品が該当する場合は、ご注文をキャンセルし、カードの確保を解除します（請求は発生しません）。お引き取り前のキャンセルはメールでご連絡ください。カードの確保を解除します。
No returns or exchanges for change of mind. If an item is materially different from its description or photos, tell us at collection, before you pay and take it away: we take it off your order and you pay only for the rest. If that is every item in the order, we cancel it and release the hold on your card, and nothing is charged. To cancel before collection, email us and we release the hold on your card.
- 個人情報の取扱いYour contact details
ご注文時にご入力いただいたお名前・メールアドレス・お電話番号は、ご注文とお引き取りに関するご連絡に利用し、第三者への提供は行いません。お電話番号は、お引き取り完了、返金、またはキャンセルの時点で当社のシステムから削除します（決済記録はSquareに残ります）。お引き取りが完了したご注文については、お名前とメールアドレスを販売記録の一部として、法令で定められた帳簿書類の保存期間中保存します。ご注文時に「セールやお得な情報をメールで受け取る」にチェックを入れたままにされた場合は、お名前とメールアドレスを今後のセールやお知らせのご案内にも利用します。配信は、配信メール内の配信停止リンク、配信メールへのご返信、または下記メールアドレスへのご連絡で、いつでも停止できます。停止後は、再度ご注文の際にチェックが入っていても配信せず、配信停止ページから再開された場合のみ再開します。
We use the name, email address and phone number you enter when you order to contact you about your order and to arrange collection, and we do not share them with anyone else. Your phone number is deleted from our system once the order is collected, refunded or cancelled; the payment record stays with Square. Once an order is collected, your name and email address are kept with the record of the sale for as long as the law requires bookkeeping records to be kept. If you leave "Email me about future sales and offers" ticked when you order, we also use your name and email address to send you news of future sales and offers. To stop them at any time, use the unsubscribe link in any of those emails, reply to one, or write to the address below. Once you unsubscribe, we do not email you offers again, even if the box is ticked on a later order, unless you resubscribe from the unsubscribe page.
